Viking Line's passenger described a Russian submarine in the Gulf of Finland last Saturday.
Espoo Marko Mäkeläinen was a cruise from Helsinki to Tallinn Viking Line's M/S Mariella.
The ship had traveled to the Gulf of Finland for about an hour, when the buffet table sat next to the ship's entourage spotted something special. Toward the ship drove the submarine, which is a profile of the Russian Baltic Fleet ship.
Mäkeläinen already had time to think about whether it towards the ship.
- It drove quite a brisk pace. I did not see, it continued to surface flow or sukelsiko, as Mariella turned, Mäkeläinen says.
